Shipping policy

Shipping Information

Order Processing:

  • Please allow 1–2 working days for order processing and production before shipment.

  • Orders are shipped Monday–Friday.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times:

  • U.S. & Canada: USPS or FedEx, 6–15 working days.

  • Europe: DHL, DPD, or UPS, 4–6 working days.

  • International orders: Shipped from the closest fulfillment center; transit times vary.

Tracking:

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with details.

Delays:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If Item Not Received:

  • If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first.

  • If issues persist, email service@yofigo.com for assistance.

Important Notes:

  1. Ensure your shipping address is correct before payment.

  2. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

  3. We do not deliver to FPO, APO, or PO Box addresses.
