Refund policy

Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by YOFIGO.

  • Approved returns may receive a full or partial refund, replacement parts, or a replacement unit at YOFIGO’s discretion.

  • No additional fees for RMA processing, except in non-quality cases (e.g., changed mind, incorrect use), where customer pays shipping and a 5% processing fee of the order amount.

How to Return

  1. Using our shipping label: Shipping and processing fees will be deducted from your refund.

  2. Using your own shipping method: Shipping cost is covered by you; the 5% processing fee will be deducted.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • YOFIGO may request photos or videos of the defective item.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

  • Replacement units are subject to availability; alternatives may be offered.

  • Items must be returned in original or acceptable packaging with all accessories.

  • Returns for defective/damaged items are at YOFIGO’s expense; all other returns are at customer’s expense.

Shipping Your Return:

  • Provide a tracking number to YOFIGO for confirmation.

  • YOFIGO reserves the right to approve or deny returns.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after we receive your returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Order Cancellation

1. Before Shipment

  • Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.

  • If already in processing, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Contact us at service@yofigo.com with your order number.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days.

2. After Shipment

  • If the order has shipped, we will attempt Return to Sender (RTS).

  • After receiving the returned item, refund will be issued minus $15 shipping cancellation fee within 3 business days.


Circumstances for Return & Refund

Wrong Product

  • Contact service@yofigo.com with photos.

  • YOFIGO will provide a return shipping label and ship a replacement immediately.

Damages & Issues

  • Inspect items upon arrival.

  • Report defective, damaged, or wrong items immediately.

Exchanges

  • Return the original item for approval, then place a new order for the item you want.
